Our usual website is currently down. This is a national issue outside of our control that is affecting many GP practices, and we are working with NHS England to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Urgent medical help
Life-threatening emergency: call 999.
Urgent but not life-threatening: use NHS 111 online or call 111, any time.
If you need urgent help when we're closed, please use 111 rather than waiting for the surgery to reopen.
Contact the practice
For test results and general queries, phone us or come to reception.
Please try to call after 10am for non-urgent queries, as early mornings are busiest.

All appointment requests are made online. You can also send us an admin query, sick note request or test result question.
If this is an emergency, call 999 instead.
Repeat prescriptions
Please allow 3 working days for repeat prescription requests.
We do not accept verbal requests. You can order through the NHS App, Accurx, or your pharmacy.
Register as a new patient
We're happy to welcome new patients. Registering online is quick and simple and only takes a few minutes.
You don't need proof of address or ID to register, though it helps us if you have it.
